Devika Misra
Co-founder
Devika is a postgraduate from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (2009), with over 15 years of experience in the social development sector. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with organizations dedicated to serving underserved communities on financial inclusion. Devika is driven by a profound belief in the power of community development to uplift struggling families. With a focus on gender empowerment, she has deepened her understanding of the challenges and effective interventions that can make a difference in the lives of girls and women. Drawing on her extensive network in the development sector, Devika is committed to bringing together diverse stakeholders to drive positive change in communities. She believes that collective action and collaboration are key to improving the lives of underserved populations.
Rohan Mishra
Co-founder
Rohan is a dedicated educator whose passion for teaching ignited at the age of 18. Over the years, he has tirelessly coached and mentored many young children who lacked access to educational support.
Rohan firmly believes in the transformative power of education and livelihood assistance. He holds the conviction that by empowering just one child in a family with educational and livelihood support, the entire family can break free from the shackles of poverty.
According to Rohan, one empowered kid not only secures a brighter future for the present generation but also paves the way for prosperity for generations to come.

Sunil Dutt Tripathi

Sunil is a philanthropist based in Lucknow who has been a steadfast supporter of Ekarishi Foundation since its inception. He has also provided financial assistance and mentorship to numerous individuals and families, helping them build sustainable careers. Sunil strongly believes that those who are privileged have a responsibility to uplift those who are struggling.
Professionally, he holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Hind Charitable Trust and Shekhar Hospital, leveraging over two decades of experience in formulating and executing financial policies. His expertise extends to managing income tax litigations, particularly for nonprofit organizations, where he has developed a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and financial strategies.
Rajeev Mishra
Promoter
Rajeev is deeply passionate about working with families in rural areas, particularly those from agricultural backgrounds. Coming from an agrarian family himself, he has witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by farmers and their families. He advocates for ensuring that essential services reach even the most remote villages, believing that not everyone will find opportunities in already overcrowded cities. His vision is to see all children fully aware of and able to access their rights, and he is committed to working tirelessly to make this a reality.
Professionally, Rajeev is a successful businessman who enjoys playing cricket and spending quality time with his two-year-old son.
